g444 Terms & Conditions

"Platform" means the g444 website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at g444.io.

"Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of the Platform.

"g444", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the operator of the g444 Platform.

"Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Platform.

"Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

"Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, matched deposit bonuses, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer.

"Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager on eligible games before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

"Sporting Event" means any live or pre-match sporting fixture made available for betting on the Platform, including but not limited to cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and hockey.

"Game" means any casino game, live dealer title, slot, RNG table game, or other wagering product available on the Platform.

"BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated on the Platform.

Access to the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet ALL of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the use of the Platform:

g444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID, passport, or birth certificate, to confirm eligibility. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. If a Player is found to be under the age of 21, their Account will be permanently closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with g444's responsible gaming policy.

To access the full features of the Platform, you must register a personal Account. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and mobile number — is accurate, complete, and up to date.

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. g444 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended, and any balances held within them may be forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account login details with any third party under any circumstances. g444 will never contact you by email, live chat, or telephone to request your password. Any suspected unauthorised access to your Account must be reported to the g444 support team at [email protected] immediately. g444 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. g444 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, terms violations, regulatory requirements, or responsible gaming concerns.

Accepted Payment Methods: The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum & Maximum Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the cashier section of your Account and may be adjusted based on your account verification status and responsible gaming settings.

Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in real time and credited to your Account balance within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer and are subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts are processed within 15 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements. g444 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be processed via a specific method at its discretion.

g444 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the individual promotion terms published alongside the relevant offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game list will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on games not listed as eligible will not count towards wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse: g444 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts; deliberately exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gambling; staking patterns designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; and collusion with other players to farm bonuses. Any player identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended, all bonus funds forfeited, and any resulting winnings voided.

Bonus Validity: Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unused Bonus Funds that expire will be removed from the Account balance without compensation.

Right to Withdraw or Modify: g444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time for players who have not yet claimed it, without prior notice.

Game Integrity: All casino games and live dealer titles available on the Platform are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All RNG-based games use independently verified random number generators. g444 does not alter game outcomes and is not responsible for the results of any game or sporting event.

Betting Finality: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player. g444 reserves the right to void bets in exceptional circumstances including, but not limited to, manifest errors in odds or game configurations, technical malfunctions, or breach of these Terms.

Manifest Errors: In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, mispriced markets, or software faults — g444 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes to affected Players' Accounts. g444 is not obligated to honour bets placed at prices that were clearly the result of a technical or human error.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet or game round are displayed within the relevant game or market. g444 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Player Account at its sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during Account use.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, or loopholes in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt wagering on sporting events.
• Colluding with other players at live dealer tables or in any game format where collusion can affect outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to running a betting syndicate or acting as an agent for third-party bettors.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion, account closure, or any other responsible gaming restriction applied to an Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour towards g444 staff or other players via any communication channel.

g444 employs fraud detection systems that monitor all Account activity continuously. Any Account flagged for suspicious activity may be subject to a temporary hold pending investigation. Players are advised to cooperate fully with any g444 compliance review, including providing requested identity or source-of-funds documentation within the specified timeframe.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express prior written consent from g444.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, g444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or device incompatibility beyond g444's reasonable control.
• Bets voided due to manifest errors in odds or game configurations.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit g444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Amendments: g444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect, where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

Termination by g444: g444 may terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Platform immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulation. Upon termination for cause, all Bonus Funds and any balances derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method subject to completion of any pending compliance review.

Governing Language: These Terms are issued in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any individual promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and g444 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
